Take a small amount of IYA Body Food and gently rub it between your hands before applying to the targeted area. This allows for the Shea Butter to melt slightly, resulting in a smooth and silky application to the skin.

I have been using the shea butter body food for 8 months now and I will never use anything else. It's a quality product that has transformed my very dry skin. It takes some getting used to in terms of is consistency, you really don't need much at all. The smell is divine. I favour the shea butter and bergamot. Please don't discontinue this! I often find lovely products only to find companies are fixated on " the next best thing". I really hope Naturally Tiwa just keep producing their amazing and ethical products. I'm not easy to please but I love this product.

Love my skin!

I started using Iya body food two weeks ago to see how it will work on my dry and rosacea skin. I've been suffering with it for over 8 years now and very cautious about new products but thought that natural stuff wouldn't hurt. Not only I had a same day delivery by Shalom so I can use it straight away, my skin is nearly cleared from red bumps, general redness and dryness. I recently got a bit of sunburn on my bra area, resulting in red patchy skin, I put the product on it, next day it's all gone! No pain, no redness. So looks like I found a new aftersun care product! Thank you for allowing me being a part of your family!

Helps keep my dry skin feeling hydrated!

I've been using this product for about 3 months and it's one of the few products that keeps my naturally dry, eczema riddled skin hydrated - I can finally feel comfortable in my own skin!

Highly recommend to others who have sensitive skin and need something to keep their skin hydrated for long periods of time.

P.S this did not irritate my sensitive skin at all and can be used everywhere.
